The name on everybody’s lips right now in Collis? Dave. Specifically, his spice, and the wonders it will add to your stir fry. I am not exactly sure what goes into Dave’s Spice, but I am most definitely in accordance with those who think it is one of the best things to happen to Collis stir fry. Upon discovering Dave’s Spice, my next step, naturally, was to see what other foods I could enhance with this delicious flavoring. I looked no further than the station to the right of the stir fry line — eggs. If there’s one thing I learned from my egg-loving roommates this summer, it’s that you can literally spice eggs with anything, add a lot of cheese and it is bound to taste great.
